Membership and Fee Structure
Membership of the Warsaw Destination Alliance can select from three levels of membership:
- Supporting membership where we welcome cultural institutions, museums and government agencies, etc.
Membership renewal requests are made one month prior to date of renewal. Members will be informed 3 months
in advance of when their membership renewal falls due of any changes in the membership fee structure.
Levy/donations, donations and sponsorships
In addition to membership fees, members are requested to seek ways they can contribute to the WDA's promotion fund.
For hotels this takes form of a request from each guest, of 1 Euro per night spent in the hotel (Warsaw donation, collected since 2004), up to ten nights.
For supplies to our hotels, we look to ways they can pay a levy donation against invoiced products sold through WDA hotels. The levy donation typically starts at 1 %.
Other companies and organisations are encouraged to work with us to find ways that we can generate a small income from for example: ticket sales.
WDA also welcomes donations for members whose products or line of business does not allow a levy donation system to be put in place. We also actively encourage all our members to help sponsor with the WDA, events that meet their company's marketing and mission statements, and the WDA's principle objective of the promotion of Warsaw.
