WDA was involved in:MultiFest Warsaw Calendar of Event
The Warsaw Calendar of Events - MultiFest involves joint promotion of cultural and entertainment events in the capital. The main goal is to spread information about cultural events, and about other attractions, among the city's residents and visitors, including foreign tourists. _______________ CEPIF - real estate fair WDA was a partner of CEPIF for the second time. Apart from providing competitive hotel rates for the fair's delegates, WDA helped in organisation of the press tour for international journalists specialised in real estate. _______________ The Planner mystery shopping WDA was one of 35 companies that took part in the mystery shopping run by the Belgian The Planner on request of Polish Tourist Organisation. WDA was the best among all tested companies, as we had biggest efficiency in communication with The Planner. _______________ Miss World in Warsaw WDA participated in organisation of the Miss World in Warsaw helping the Warsaw Department of Promotion in finding the hotels for the contestants. The Miss World Ceremony took place on September 30th, 2006. Polonia Palace Hotel was chosen as the official hotel of Miss World. _______________ Preparation of EURO 2012 bid The EURO 2012 Committee and Warsaw City Hall asked WDA for support in providing detailed information as well as quotation from WDA member hotels for the UEFA EURO 2012. _______________ CEE Business Tourism Fair - major MICE fair in Warsaw
Warsaw Destination Alliance is a partner of BTF since 2004. BTF one of the biggest and most important event for meeting industry professionals in Poland. WDA specialists participate in the conference and pannels, WDA hotels exhibit with their offer during the event. The 2007 fair will be held on November 15 - 18 at the Palace of Science and Culture. WDA together with members of Let's Warsaw Together Committee and the City Hall started in April 2006 the MultiFest project - the calendar of cultural events that will be held in Warsaw in the following months. The calendar has the English and Polish version and can be an useful tool for the visitors comming to Warsaw.
