Conferences in Warsaw

In 2004 the Foundation established the MICE Section that started to coordinate the bidding process for major international meetings and created a communication platform not only for 15 member hotels, but also for the major conference venues in Warsaw (EXPO XXI, Palace of Culture and Science) as well as PCOs, airlines and other partners. WDA cooperates also with the Polish Tourist Organisation, Warsaw Convention Bureau and Warsaw Department of Promotion on bringing to Warsaw new meetings and events.

WDA works directly with the meeting planners, offering them:

• impartial, updated and professional information about MICE facilities in Warsaw
• support in getting the pricing from the meeting venues and the hotels
• organisation of the site inspections in the city
• impartial recommendation of the best subcontractors

2006: WDA recognized the most efficient organisation in the mystery shopping run by 'The Planner' on request of Polish Tourist Organisation.
