Construction Companies Meeting

Warsaw Destination Alliance organised a special workshop meeting concerning preparation of the construction sector to UEFA Euro 2012. The meeting took place on June 10th in Radisson SAS Centrum Hotel in Warsaw and it gathered nearly 40 persons. Representatives of WDA, Polish government, Warsaw authorities, chambers of commerce, as well as representatives of the biggest construction companies discussed how to make the infrastructure building process efficient and successful.

The main conclusion was that the economic success of big events like UEFA Euro 2012 depends mainly on agreement between the public and private sector on one coherent strategy. Moreover, it was agreed that the Government should be more active in fulfillment of the projects, as there is not much time left.
